How do I get paid?

We integrate directly with Stripe Connect. When you send an invoice, your clients can pay securely via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The funds are deposited directly into your connected bank account.

Are there transaction fees?

Yes, our commission is based on your subscription tier: 5% for Free, 3% for Pro, and 1% for Business. Stripe also charges their standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢), which are deducted from the payment.

What currencies do you support?

We support over 135 currencies via Stripe. You can bill your clients in their local currency, and funds will be converted to your account's default currency.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never store your credit card or sensitive financial information on our servers.

What are the limits of the Free plan?

The Free plan includes unlimited clients, unlimited projects, and unlimited invoices. The main difference is the higher commission rate (5%) on payments received.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time from the settings menu. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds for subscriptions?

For monthly subscriptions, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Annual subscriptions are refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months.
