What is the commission fee?
Our commission is a small percentage taken from payments received through Time Nomad invoices. It's based on your plan: 5% for Free, 3% for Pro, and 1% for Business. Stripe also charges their standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢).
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Business?
The Free plan is fully functional with no time limit — it's not a trial. When you're ready for lower commission rates and premium features, you can upgrade to Pro or Business.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for subscriptions. Your clients can pay invoices with the same methods via Stripe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available at a discount. You save the equivalent of 2 months when you pay annually.
