Which payment methods can my clients use?

Through Stripe Connect, your clients can pay via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank redirects depending on their location.

Can I send invoices in different currencies?

Yes! You can bill clients in their local currency — USD, EUR, GBP, CZK, JPY, and more. Amounts display with the correct symbol ($, €, £, ¥) on the invoices list and the printable invoice template. Stripe handles the conversion so you receive funds in your default account currency.

Can I edit the invoice number?

Yes. Each invoice number can be edited directly from the invoice viewer. Your auto-numbering counter keeps ticking forward for future invoices regardless of any manual overrides.

Can I bill weekly instead of monthly?

Yes. The invoice generator includes a Last Week preset (alongside This Month, Last Month, and a custom range) so weekly billers can roll up the previous Mon–Sun without picking dates manually.

Can I accept payment via Revolut?

Pro subscribers can paste a Revolut Pay Link (checkout.revolut.com/pay/..., revolut.me/..., or r.revolut.com/...) onto any unpaid invoice. A "Pay with Revolut" copy button then appears on the invoice row for clients. Free users see an Upgrade to Pro prompt in the same place.

Do invoices support QR codes for bank transfers?

Yes! Add your bank details in Settings and choose EPC QR (SEPA, works across 36 EU countries) or QR Platba (Czech Republic). Your clients can scan the QR code with their banking app to pay instantly — no need to type IBANs manually.

How does tax work on invoices?

Set a default tax rate and label per client (e.g. 21% DPH, 20% VAT, 10% GST). Tax can be inclusive (amounts already include tax, standard for VAT/DPH) or exclusive (tax added on top). Each invoice can override the client default.
