Which payment methods can my clients use?

Through Stripe Connect, your clients can pay via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank redirects depending on their location.

Can I send invoices in different currencies?

Yes! You can bill clients in their local currency — USD, EUR, GBP, CZK, and more. Stripe handles the conversion so you receive funds in your default account currency.

Do invoices support QR codes for bank transfers?

Yes! Add your bank details in Settings and choose EPC QR (SEPA, works across 36 EU countries) or QR Platba (Czech Republic). Your clients can scan the QR code with their banking app to pay instantly — no need to type IBANs manually.

How does tax work on invoices?

Set a default tax rate and label per client (e.g. 21% DPH, 20% VAT, 10% GST). Tax can be inclusive (amounts already include tax, standard for VAT/DPH) or exclusive (tax added on top). Each invoice can override the client default.

How do I customize the invoice look?

Set your business name, address, bank details, and custom fields (like Tax ID or registration number) in Settings. These will appear on all your invoices automatically.

What happens when a client pays?

You get an instant notification, the invoice status updates to 'Paid', and the funds are routed to your Stripe account (minus fees) immediately.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We charge a flat commission based on your plan (5% Free, 3% Pro, 1% Business) plus Stripe's standard processing fees. No monthly connection fees.
