Referral Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Time Nomad Referral Program allows registered users ("Referrers") to invite others ("Invitees") to join Time Nomad. Both parties may receive benefits as described below. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a registered Time Nomad account to participate as a Referrer.
• Invitees must be new to Time Nomad and register using a valid referral link or code.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself or accounts you control) are prohibited.
• Each referral code may only be used once and by one Invitee.

3. Invitee Benefits

Invitees who register using a valid referral link or code will receive:

• 1 month of Pro subscription at no cost ("Referral Trial").
• The Referral Trial begins immediately upon registration and expires after 30 days.
• After the trial period, the account will revert to the Free tier unless a paid subscription is activated.
• This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

4. Referrer Benefits

Referrers may earn a commission discount when their Invitees qualify:

• Qualification: An Invitee qualifies when they create an invoice of $1,000 USD or more that is successfully paid by their client.
• Verification period: A 7-day verification period applies after qualification before discounts are applied, to prevent fraudulent activity.
• Discount: Upon verification, the Referrer receives a 10% reduction of their current commission rate.
• Maximum discount: The total discount is capped at 50% of the base commission rate.
• Minimum commission: Commission rates cannot fall below 1% regardless of discounts earned.
• Discounts are applied automatically to future transactions and are non-transferable.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of all benefits:

• Creating fake accounts or identities to earn referral benefits.
• Using automated systems or scripts to send referral invitations.
• Misrepresenting the program benefits to potential Invitees.
• Any form of spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Fraudulent transactions designed to trigger qualification.

6. Program Modifications

Time Nomad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to change benefit amounts, qualification requirements, or program rules. Any accrued benefits prior to program changes will be honored, but future earnings may be subject to new terms.

7. Relationship to Terms of Service

These Referral Program Terms are supplementary to the main Terms of Service. In case of conflict, these Referral Program Terms shall prevail for matters relating to the referral program.
